Welcome!  Thanks for stopping by.  I'm Steph, a 23 year old *self proclaimed* beauty guru, fitness buff and passionate foodie.  Think of my blog in terms of a buffet - there is a wide assortment of possible blog posts depending on my mood.  Sometimes I review beauty products .... sometimes I post recipes ... sometimes I discuss fitness/health/lifestyle related topics.  You never really know what you are going to get with me.  So if you are willing to take the chance and pile your plate(s) with the unexpected, all aboard! 

Canadian born, I recently graduated from Teacher's College and will be venturing off to the UK to kickstart my career.  I majored in English Lit and Religion - in case you were wondering.  One might assume that this blog will eventually morph into a travelling diary and memory box, lest I decide to start another blog.  But seriously, I doubt I will want to juggle two of these babies! 

Naked Canvas has been active since 2012, and while I have never had the guts to share it with people I know, I recently asked myself: "Why the heck not?!"  If I am going to dedicate myself to a passion, I should proudly be able to share it with those close to me!  So I have re-vamped the page a bit and am exposing my life to the world.  If you ever scroll to later posts, you will notice that I originally started the blog as a type of beauty and fashion diary, but as I grew and explored more of my passions, it has gradually transformed into a lifestyle and food diary (moreso than not). 

I love a hot cup of coffee, but tea will do just nicely.  I adore reading and literature.  If there is such a thing as addiction to popcorn, sushi and nanaimo bars, I am the lead fanatic.  A Habs fan at heart, do not question my ways.  I am a pollotarian - yeah, it's a word - I avoid red meats.  I have a thing for taste testing as many varieties of sangria as I can.  There is not a silent moment throughout my day, I am always, always playing music.  I am a huge dreamer.  I believe in destiny.  I am a lover, not a fighter.  I am a daughter.  I am a sister.  I am an aunt.  And I am the girl behind Naked Canvas.  Pop in from time to time, I love some good friends and company!
